Introducing Small Acts of Attention a set of word cards that can be used to help kindle your imagination.
Each set contains forty carefully selected words to help you pay closer attention to yourself and your immediate surroundings. You can use them daily, weekly, monthly, whatever fits with your routine and into your life. You will also receive a little cotton pouch so you can carry them with you whenever you need them and a small selenite crystal—known for its calming properties.
Whether you are looking for some daily inspiration, a moment of quiet reflection or would like a prompt to help you journal or write, each card is intended to be an invitation to help spark a moment for you to pause and reflect.
As a little gift to anyone who purchases a set before 15th April, I’ll be running a free workshop on Friday 25th April on Small Acts of Attention which you can either join live or receive a recording of afterwards if you can’t attend on the day.

Delivery and terms and conditions
At present I can only post to UK addresses, please email me if you would like me to post internationally.
I want you to get your cards as soon as possible and will endeavour to get orders out as quickly as possible. During the working week (Monday – Friday) I aim to get the cards dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving the order. You will receive an email once they’ve been dispatched. Any orders placed over a weekend will be processed the following working day.
If for any reason you need to return your cards, please contact me within seven (7) days of receiving them to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs).
Please email me first before you send them back. The cards must be returned in the same condition, with the same packaging and contents. Please include a copy of the orignal order email. Please include a copy of the original invoice too.
I regret that I cannot refunds or exchange goods that have been damaged or marked by you after receiving them.
The cost of returning an item to me is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches me. I recommend you return the cards using a secure postage option so that you can track when the goods are received by me.
Any exchanges and refunds will be processed within five (5) days of me receiving the item.
